After the initial thrill of engagement, many brides worry about how they ‘ll be able to finish everything in time for their wedding day. To help you get ready for the big day, Taste of Heaven allows cake orders to be placed as far in advance as you desire. It is never too early to order your wedding cake, allowing you one less to-do item to think about right before your "I do ".

The first step is to call or email and set up a consultation. Some brides come in with a very specific idea of what they want their cake to be, while others are open to anything. At the first consultation, you can look through my portfolio and we can discuss any ideas you have for your wedding cake and/or groom‘s cake, as well as get a price quote for your desired cakes. If you have yet to find that perfect cake, the consultation will allow you to browse through cakes I‘ve made for other weddings and find an inspiration.

I will provide three flavors for you to taste: my most popular wedding cake flavors, French Vanilla and Chocolate Fudge, as well as my signature cake, Butter Pecan. Other cake flavors, as well as many fillings and icing flavors, are available for cake customization; they are not, however, available for tasting in advance.

There is a $250 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date. This deposit will count towards the balance of your cakes. Once the deposit is made, an official order and contract will be completed. As previously stated, there is no limit to how early an order can be placed. For more information please read the Letter to the Bride
