Since my first food science class in high school, I have loved experimenting in the kitchen. I love to bake, cook, and try new recipes. However, I didn’t give much thought to baking as a profession. It wasn’t until after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Special Education that I realized my true passion was baking and decorating cakes. I set out to learn more, and enrolled in multiple cake decorating courses at the All in One Bake Shop, in Austin, TX.

Since then, I have decorated hundreds of cakes for many different occasions, and I love every minute of it. What started as a small, part-time hobby has flourished over the past two years into a thriving business!
